[The statement of "making sure you are rested" instantly gets a frustrated, pained look, and she has to sit back against the couch to keep herself from opening her mouth. Angry or not, exhausted or not, to bark back against someone she deemed her teacher wasn't wise. But the sudden flare of temper is easily read.]
...I have been sleeping. [She mutters it against the plushie in her arms.]
Hansa-san... he said something about a... a bond? Like a magnet, but... with another person. I don't really know what he was talking about, but... Raven-san mentioned it, too. They kept asking me why I was looking for Nico-kun, too, even though I told them why.
And then for a moment, just smiling in a knowing way]
If you are upset, you may express yourself, you have that right. I raised many daughters and consider myself well-versed with their tempers.
[It is slightly teasing, very knowing, but more than that, permission for her to speak her mind if she wishes. Chiron knows himself to be difficult to rile. If she is mad, then the best way to move past that emotion is to embrace it in the moment.]
But I understand what they meant, now. Many have been suffering exhaustion if they are separated from one person in particular, including myself.
If everybody knows that, then why is everybody telling me to just sleep? And why does nobody believe me when I say I am sleeping?
[It's a childish snap, brought on by exhaustion and little else. But again, the flare dies down, very little fuel left to keep it ferocious, leaving her looking much smaller than before as she curls up on herself, bringing her legs up to her chest and hugging them weakly, resting her forehead against her knees.]
I've slept so much, Sensei... and no... no matter how much I sleep, I don't feel any better... if I have to find somebody to feel better, then why... w-why won't anybody let me do that...?
[She lets out a shuddering breath against her knees, her voice dropping quiet.]
Concern, perhaps. When no one knows how to aid you, they will fall back on what makes the most sense to them.
[He's not saying it's a useful reply, since Hikaru is correct -- it probably does feel as if everyone is criticizing her, or just ignoring her insistences that she's doing the best she can -- but Chiron can just imagine the number of people who have parroted the same remedies at her, over and over.
His gaze drifts upward, thinking of the time where loved ones did that to him, before he... well.
No matter]
... The problem might be that he is not seeking you out. I don't think anyone can force him to meet with you.

I just... want to see Nico-kun...
